REORIENTATION IN TRAINING STRATEGIES IN IT INDUSTRY: RESILIENCE DURING COVID-19

Purpose: to examine how the organizational approaches to learning and development in the IT sector changed both during and after the COVID-19 epidemic, with an emphasis on comprehending the transition from traditional techniques to progressive training tactics.
Methodology: Using the PRISMA methodology, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) has been carried out to gather and examine the body of research on changes made to training and development strategies in the IT industry both during and after the COVID-19 epidemic.
Findings: The study concluded that the issues presented by the pandemic could not be adequately addressed by conventional training and development methods. One of the main strategies that became quite popular during the COVID-19 pandemic was e-learning.
Practical Implication: The results indicate that in order to successfully manage personnel resources in a robust and dynamic IT environment, firms need to implement proactive, adaptable, and contextually appropriate training and development strategies.
