Anxiety is a common issue among students in English classrooms, and it can hinder their learning and performance. This research paper explores the benefits of flipped learning in promoting an anxiety-free environment in English classrooms. Flipped learning involves shifting the traditional classroom model by having students engage with course content outside of class through online resources, allowing for more interactive and student-centred activities during class time. By reviewing existing literature on anxiety in education and the role of flipped learning in reducing anxiety, this paper will provide insights into effective strategies for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment in English classrooms.
