This study investigates the significance of scientific and methodological support as a foundation for the innovative development of dual-focused professional training programs within secondary specialized educational institutions. In light of the increasing demands for skilled professionals and the need for closer integration between education and industry, the research identifies key factors that contribute to the effectiveness of dual education systems. Through an analysis of current challenges and best practices, the paper highlights the role of competency-based approaches, flexible curricula, and strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
